Mark Ruffalo appears in a mid-credits scene as Bruce Banner. He is no longer "Professor Hulk" (the stable midpoint between Banner and Hulk) as he was in his last appearance in Avengers: Endgame (2019) but his arm is still in a sling after injuring himself using the Infinity Stones.
