In episode eight in season one of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013) titled "The Well," the team cleans up the mess Thor made in Greenwich during the events of this film. That episode also features a fugitive Asgardian and an Asgardian weapon that was hidden away long ago. The episode also alludes to the mystery of how Phil Coulson survived his death at the hands of Loki in the Avengers.
