The Wayne Towers address is "139 Kane Street", a reference to when Batman was first created and a shout out to co-creator Bob Kane. This is also a reference to Martha Wayne's maiden name in the comics, as she originally came from the Kane family in that version, which was also connected to Batwoman who is Kate Kane, who in the comics is Martha's niece and Bruce's cousin.
