A female gymnast was hired as a stunt double for Daryl Hannah in the scene where Pris attacks Rick Deckard, but Director Sir Ridley Scott rehearsed the scene so many times, that when they were ready to shoot the scene, she was too exhausted to do anything. The scene was filmed with a male gymnast that they had been able to track down during the lunch break.
