(at around 1h 25 mins) Towards the end when Deadpool is fighting the soldiers, he stops for a moment when he recognizes one of them as "Bob". Bob, agent of HYDRA, is a recurring character in Deadpool comic books, who is a cowardly sidekick type character and is often reluctantly forced to aid Deadpool in his escapades. The HYDRA aspect of the character was removed for obvious licensing reasons.
