Conrad (Kyle Gatehouse), a mole who activates the first bomb and enables the attacks, walks out of the frame and is never seen again afterwards. It is assumed he has survived the explosion for the sheer fact that he walked away from it beforehand and wasn't said to be suicidal. Nevertheless, it may appear to be a dropped plot-point, perhaps better explained in some of the deleted scenes. If so, Conrad is only secondary villain (and the only person to actively participate in the attack) to survive the film.
