Ed Roth, aka "Big Daddy", the legendary custom car designer and creator of the Rat Fink and Weirdo characters, is credited with "artwork." Since there is nothing else in the film that would qualify as artwork, presumably his contribution was to design the jacket emblems of the various motorcycle clubs. This was his only such credit.
