According to WHYx3 on Twitter and to what the staging in this cartoon looks like, "This cartoon has been erroneously labeled as a Friz Freleng short for decades. Closer examination reveals that this is actually a Frank Tashlin directed short and has what would be his unit animators at the time: Cal Dalton, Richard Bickenbach, Izzy Ellis and Art Davis."
