(at around 1h 2 mins) Bullseye killed Nikolas Natchios almost the exact same way that he killed Karen Page in the comics (Daredevil # 5 1999). Although, instead of Nikolas being killed by one of Daredevil's billy clubs, like in the movie, his own stick is actually meant for Daredevil himself, and Karen jumps in front of it at the last moment, and is killed almost instantly.
