While several of the New Gods from Jack Kirby's Fourth World saga are featured in this film, none of them featured are from the world of New Genesis, just Apokalips. No mention is made of Highfather, Orion, Mister Miracle, Lonar, Lightray, Kalibak, Kanto, or the Furies, and Granny Goodness only appears in the final scene with Darkseid and Desaad and has no lines.
