During a screening at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival in November 2019, Diane Baker shared a rather unfavorable anecdote about Sean Connery. Apparently, Connery had been with women who enjoyed being manhandled, and one day be grabbed Baker behind the scenes and twisted her arm. When she asked him to stop, the star allegedly argued that Diane Cilento, his wife at the time, "loves this." Baker nonetheless praised Connery for his masculinity, calling him "the most incredibly handsome, brilliant actor."
