The guys and their relationships go in the following order; Howard is the first to get married and the first (and technically only one) in the series to have children, Leonard is next and he and Penny announce they're expecting in the series finale, Sheldon marries Amy but doesn't mention children in the series (though Sheldon mentions he and Amy eventually have kids in Young Sheldon (2017), and finally Raj almost gets married but decides against it due to him rushing into it with Anu, the girl his father sets him up with.
