The first Michael Bay movie to be shown in a taller aspect ratio since Bad Boys (1995). Bad Boys (1995) was shot in 1.85:1, while this movie, and the IMAX 3-D version of Transformers 4 - L'era dell'estinzione (2014), has aspect ratio shifts between various sizes, mostly around IMAX 1.90:1 and Univisium 2.00:1.
