When Waller introduced Peacemaker to Bloodsport he asked her why he was recruited since they both do the same thing, Waller never answers his question because Peacemaker wasn't recruited for his skills but because he's the backup for Waller. Peacemaker also says he does the same thing as Bloodsport but better, he uses smaller bullets to hit the center of the center, at the end Bloodsport took the advice and wounded Peacemaker using smaller bullets and hitting the center of the bullet.
