When Taste tells Phil not to go all "Raymond Burr" on him, Taste is confusing actor Raymond Burr with the U.S. politician Aaron Burr. Raymond Burr was familiar for his television performances in Perry Mason (1957) and Ironside (1967). Aaron Burr was the third Vice President of the U.S., most famous for killing Alexander Hamilton in a duel in 1804. This reference would be lost on people unfamiliar with U.S. political history, and especially on non-U.S. audiences.
