(at around 1h 11 mins) Steve Rogers tells Natasha Romanov that he is "always honest." He takes this to an extreme when addressing S.H.I.E.L.D. about the H.Y.D.R.A. takeover (at around 1h 35 mins). Although everyone believed that Nick Fury had been killed, Steve only states that Alexander Pierce had Fury "shot," since Steve knew that Fury was still alive.
