When Naru gives the trapper the "orange tutsia" flower, it lowers his body temperature, making it hard for the Predator's infrared-based vision to perceive him. Seeing this, Naru says "it can't see him." This echoes the first Predator film, when the Predator can't see Schwarzenegger mud-covered character (Alan "Dutch" Schaefer), who says "it can't see me."
