Dale mentions that they should try doing what Chip did in Episode 45, and explains that it was the episode in which Chip puts on a rat nose to fool him. This actually happens in episode 45, which is titled "Double O' Chipmunks" very similar to the TV show Dale tried to make, "Double O' Dale". In the episode, Dale is obsessed with wanting to be just like his favorite TV spy.
