In the original draft of the script, the T-X was originally the T-1G, a female Terminator with the ability to turn invisible. It would had been ironic if The Terminator had gone up against a invisible female Terminator as Arnold Schwarzenegger had starred in Predator (1987) which Schwarzenegger's character Major Alan 'Dutch' Schaffer and his team of elite commandos were stalked by an invisible extra terrestrial warrior whom hunted them for sport and made trophies out of their skulls.
