Louise Jameson was set to return as Leela for "Arc of Infinity", but Louise Jameson declined and Louise Jameson also passed on returning for the 20th anniversary special "The Five Doctors". It's theorized that after "The Invasion of Time", Leela, Andred and K9 may had went to live in Outer Gallifrey with the Outsiders.
