When Deeds returns to Mandrake Falls and begins tearing down all his greeting cards, one reads, "Your Special" (which may have been an intentional misspelling, since he's an amateur greeting card writer). Other unique cards read, "Be My Pizza Pie", "The Dog on the Street", and "Happy New Year Again".
