In a brief bit of foreshadowing, director Scott gives us a hint of what's to come. As Dallas, Lambert, and Kane step out onto the planets surface, Ash in the cockpit turns his captains chair sideways, previewing the massive alien pilot in the abandoned spaceship they will soon discover.
