The sequence where the bus exits the freeway and hits several cars on its way down the ramp actually saw the bus stop every twenty-five feet or so "because it didn't have enough power." They obviously couldn't actually keep the bus going over fifty mph so it often came down to camera tricks, movement, and speeds.
