Was one of a number of NBC dramas from the 2000's that started off with high ratings, great reviews, and much fanfare only to drop in the ratings and lose its appeal, getting cancelled after a few seasons. Fellow series Heroes, American Dreams, and Boomtown also followed a similar pattern. Las Vegas would fare the best of all the series being able to get to a fifth season before being cancelled.
