The pilot for Viaggio in fondo al mare: Eleven Days to Zero (1964) was filmed in color but shown in black-and-white. The pilot has been aired in color, as filmed, since 1993, when ScyFy, then known as the Sci-Fi Channel, first showed it that way, initially with the original opening credits and without the familiar theme, now with the original Season 2 opening credits. Additionally, the Season One, Volume One DVD of the series has both prints of the pilot, the one as it originally aired in black-and-white, and the one as originally filmed in color, but with the original Season 2 opening, as a bonus.
