Deborah Voorhees said in a 2013 interview that there was no chemistry between her and John Robert Dixon, who played her boyfriend Eddie. She also felt awkward during their sex scene because she was totally naked in front of him and the mostly male crew the entire time while Dixon wore shorts. They also kissed so much that her lips and jaw hurt. She didn't want to kiss anyone for two weeks after that.
