The now infamous dance hall of mirrors scene where Olga's body twist and contorts in excruciating pain, synchronized with Susie's dancing, had close to zero CGI according to Luca Guadagnino. Elena Fokina, being a trained contortionist and ballet dancer in addition to having hypermobility (having flexible joints), performed all of these stunts herself.
