Based on the name of the movie and the mention of the items in the movie, one would assume that the three hallows would play some part in the ending. The elder wand is what was used in the final duel, the resurrection stone was used to resurrect Harry, but the cloak of invisibility was only used to get around during the series. It wasn't actually used in the final fight and thus had no bearing on making one master of death since they weren't all used in conjunction.
