Based on the 2005 case of Nebraska couple Michael Warmsley and Janelle Hornickel. The young couple took Meth and began to hallucinate. They called 911 in hysterics. Due to confusion from the Couple 911 could not locate them. They were found frozen to death in the Snow with the Car's engine still running.
