Almost all episodes open in the Addamses' living room with the family playing and having fun. Activities included Gomez doing yoga headstands, flamenco dancing, sword fighting, bull whip practice, shooting thrown apples with crossbows, riding a fully-functional carousel horse, and other bizarre games.
