Every speaking member of the Simpson family, except for Homer (and the mute Maggie), is fluent in French. Marge speaks and tutors French in I Simpson: The Way We Was (1991), Bart becomes fluent after his time as an exchange student in France in I Simpson: The Crepes of Wrath (1990), and Lisa is revealed to be fully fluent in I Simpson: Paths of Glory (2015).
