In Sam's premonition of the bridge collapsing, the bus is one of the first vehicles to fall off the bridge. After Sam wakes up from his vision and decides to evacuate the bus and bridge with a few of his coworkers, he sees the bridge actually collapse. When it does, the bus is one of the last vehicles to fall off the bridge, showing how much he changed reality by cheating death.
