It is never revealed if Deckard is human or a Replicant. In the original movie, it was stated that Replicants have a shortened 4-year lifespan as a safety precaution, but it was also implied that this may only apply to the latest Nexus-6 Replicant series. Another recent invention is given Replicants artificial memories, to control them better. Rachael from the original movie had such memory implants, and in the original theatrical cut of the movie, Deckard reveals in the final voice-over narration that she had an open-ended lifespan, and could live more than 4 years (this voice-over is missing from the Director's/Final Cut). However, since Rachael died giving birth to Ana Stelline within those 4 years, we never found out if she did. When K meets Deckard, he has clearly aged 30 years. If Deckard is a Replicant, he must be a model without the 4-year lifespan, possibly the same as Rachael, with expanded lifespan and implanted memories, otherwise he wouldn't have aged and grown old, and would have always known that he was a Replicant.
