When Claudia sings, "It's not what you thought when you first began it" this refers to her cocaine addiction. Jimmy's "You're sure there's a cure, and you have finally found it" refers to his cancer. Donnie's "You think one drink will shrink you 'til you're underground and living down" refers to his drinking. Linda's "Prepare a list for what you need before you sign away the deed" refers to her dying husband's will.
