One of the concepts of the film's 2015 that didn't make it on-screen due to budget cuts was a sport called "SlamBall". It would be played in an anti-gravity chamber, and combine Jai Alai, handball, and roller derby. The sport is still listed on the back of the Grays Sports Almanac.
