Two very subtle and easy to miss clues give away that Stu is one of the killers before the reveal. When he first starts chasing Sidney throughout the house as Ghostface, he cuts her off in an instant when she heads downstairs by walking through the other door, as if he knows the house like the back of his hand (since it is Stu's house). The attic also has a blink-or-you'll-miss-it detail in the background as Sidney runs inside it. There's a doll in a diorama that resembles Casey Becker. This would mean that Stu had planned her murder with Billy before the attack, and had the diorama as a reference point.
