The second MCU project to acknowledge the events of L'incredibile Hulk (2008) after Bruce Banner quoting "I broke Harlem" in The Avengers (2012). Although William Hurt reprises his role of Thaddeus Ross in Captain America: Civil War (2016), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Avengers: Endgame (2019), and Black Widow (2021), he never acknowledged the events of that film.
