When Dorothy, Raw, Glitch, and Cain are running across the field trying to find the hidden realm, Glitch stumbles and is pulled up by Cain, just as in Il mago di Oz (1939) when running across the poppy field the Scarecrow stumbles and is pulled up by the Tin Man.
