When Erin first visits Abby at Higgins University, a sign on the door to Abby's lab reads "Do not write (stupid) things on this door!" This is a callback to the "VENKMAN BURN IN HELL" graffiti written on the group's office door at the university in the original Ghostbusters (Acchiappafantasmi) (1984).
