According to Vivian Kubrick in her commentary on Arena: Making 'The Shining' (1980), Margaret Adams, listed in the credits as the director's secretary, and also the production manager on Eyes Wide Shut (1999), was the person who typed up all the hundreds of various "All work and no play makes Jack a dull Boy" pages that are used in this movie. It apparently took her a few months.
