(at around 1h 50 mins) Toward the end of the final (future) battle between Sentinels and the surviving mutants at the Chinese monastery, Sentinels are seen turning into diamond and rocky forms. These abilities imply that Emma Frost and Darwin from X-Men - L'inizio (2011), who possessed these abilities, respectively, were among the many captured/killed mutants who have had their DNA extracted and added to the Sentinels' programming.
