Donald Trump was close friends with at the time University of Brown professor Charlie Roach, who studied in economic value. Roach would give lessons to Trump about making a positively financial deal behind the scenes. Roach went on to found the Conservative Economic Studies Corporation (CES), during the first term of Barack Obama's presidency. He is now Chief of National Economic Management in the Trump Administration.
