Norm had a deal with MGM to do another movie with them called "Ballbusted". But, because of lackluster returns from the debut of "Dirty Work," MGM pulled the plug. In "Ballbusted", Macdonald was to play a disgruntled chauffeur who decides to kidnap his rich employer's dog. "Ballbusted" (which at one point was later re-named "Pittsburgh") was subsequently picked up by Universal and later became the movie, Screwed - Due criminali da strapazzo (2000).
