In the final scene, as they are walking into the mansion and Cruella is surrounded by the dogs, Horace, referring to one of the Dalmatians, says, "Has, uh, Genghis put on a bit of weight?" Genghis was female and pregnant. This lines up with the post-credits scenes in which Cruella sends both Roger and Anita Dalmatian puppies (Pongo and Perdita).
