David Howard Thornton Ad-libbed a moment of Art The Clown flipping off Victoria after she stabs his foot with the rail road spike. This made the crew laugh so much the director David Leone decided to keep it in. This was in the raw footage and was not technically part of the film. This led to actress Samantha Scaffidi having to be digitally removed from the shot.
