With the release of this film and its soundtrack, Danny Elfman and Hans Zimmer have now both composed music for live action Batman and Spider-Man films. Elfman scored Batman (1989), Batman - Il ritorno (1992), Spider-Man (2002), and Spider-Man 2 (2004); Zimmer scored Batman Begins (2005), Il cavaliere oscuro (2008), Il cavaliere oscuro - Il ritorno (2012), and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
