In the final season, the Justice League have a new ground base called the Metrotower. It's kind of a cross between the United Nations building and the Hall of Justice from Super Friends (1973). In Batman of the Future (1999) there's actually a Metropolis Tower on the ground. Even though it looks different, it's a later version of the same building. They still have their orbiting Watchtower, though.
