Bloodsport's final look was a group effort. Simon Hatt revealed "Shane and everyone at Legacy, Judianna on the costumes, the physical props, and then the visual effects really being the kind of grout between all the departments that really gave us those kinds of blends." Legacy Effects had worked with Idris Elba before on the Thor films and Pacific Rim. Shane says, "He's just such a genuinely lovely guy, you know? He wants to help out. He's just like, 'Can I just open this for a breather once in a while, while you make accommodations?' So most of the success of that suit is actually because it's on him." Simon echoes Shane's sentiment. "Great job with the performance there."
