The movie doesn't reveal the identity of Egon's wife. When Callie finds Egon's secret laboratory and a wall of photos of herself as a child and teenager, her mother never appears in them. The photos and notes in Egon's lab suggest that Callie was born prior to the events of Ghostbusters (Acchiappafantasmi) (1984).
