One of the very few sitcoms to complete redo their sets. Most sitcoms will use the same set, regardless of the character's circumstances. After season 4, The production crew completely redid the set of The Facts of Life, turning it into a deli and living room, with a redesign bedroom upstairs; from the school kitchen, dining room, and lounge. This had rarely been done before and rarely been done since.
